This was a promised push present for my sister-in-law, who had my new chubba of a nephew on Friday night. And by chubba, I mean over nine pounds. He's a biggie!
Similar to the cake I made last week, but this is denser and you slice it and spread it with the nut butter. The book says it's good toasted in the toaster - who'd have thought of that??
I suppose it is bread.
